A Washington, D.C. native, Yarde' Noir is the owner of Yarde' Noiir Enterprises LLC, a makeup and total imaging conglomerate. Shortly after graduating from the Duke Ellington School of the Arts,  Yarde’ attended Bennett Career Institute where he majored in hair, makeup, and barbering.  He further honed his talents while studying under notable celebrity hair and makeup artists such as Lord Benjamin, Gregory Bazemore, Barry Fletcher, Monifa Mortis, Danessa Myricks, Derrick Rutledge, and many others. As an experienced cosmetologist, he continues to lend his talents to many runway shows, photoshoots, and campaigns to further build the Yarde' Noir brand. With his make-up and beauty skills thriving, as a freelance artist his talents are sought after by many businesses, personal, and social entities. His portfolio includes working as a makeup artist for The Washington Redskins cheerleaders, SMASHBOX COSMETICS and PRETTY by PR. He has also worked as a consultant and educator for Haggerty & Associates, where his expertise was key in pageantry, modeling, and the performing arts. In addition, he sat on the artistic team for JOYA Cosmetics, was the exclusive male makeup artist for The Jarmal Harris Project Annual Fashion show consecutively from 2013 to 2019, served as Director of Beauty for Indie Fashion Week D.C. Cycle 10, and for thirteen years operated as Editor At Large/Creative Director for SWERV MAGAZINE, where he created a Feature column "The Architects of Beauty" that highlighted and promoted members of the Beauty Industry. Currently Yarde' holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Graphic Design from the University of the District of Columbia, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media.
